Sit. Stay. Read the FAQs

Q: Are You Insured?

A: Yes! Woof Pack Walkers is fully insured as well as bonded. Your pet’s safety and your peace of mind are our top priorities, and this coverage helps ensure that both you and your pup are protected every time we go for a walk or come for a drop-in.

Q: How do you handle keys and access to my home?

A: At Woof Pack Walkers, we take your home security seriously. Here’s how we safely manage keys and entry: 1. What are my options for giving you access? You can choose the method that works best for you: • Lockbox: Place a lockbox at your home and share the code with us. • Key Copy: Provide a copy of your key during our meet & greet. • Smart Lock/Keypad: Share a temporary or dedicated access code for your smart lock. 2. How are keys stored? All physical keys are: • Labeled with a code (never your name or address) • Kept in a secure, locked location when not in use. 3. Can I get my key back? Absolutely! You can request your key back at any time. If you pause or discontinue service, just let us know and we’ll return it promptly. 4. Do you keep my key on file? If you’re an ongoing client, we keep your key securely stored for future visits to make scheduling stress-free. Your peace of mind matters to us. If you have any concerns or want to talk through your options, we’re happy to help!

Q: Are times guaranteed?

A: We operate on a two hour window / time slot to account for traffic, weather, last minute requests, and other things that come up throughout our day. This means we will schedule you within a time slot (ex: 8am-10am or 12pm-2pm). If your walk/visit is scheduled at 12pm-2pm we will arrive sometime between those hours. We will communicate with you when we arrive. We will guarantee a tighter window for pets with medical needs such as diabetic pets who get insulin.

Q: Are gratuities expected?

A: Nope! We do not accept Tips. Providing compassionate, reliable care is at the heart of what we do, and your trust is the highest compliment. If you'd like to support our mission: kind words, referrals, or a great review are more than enough and always appreciated!

Q: What is your payment policy?

A: At Woof Pack Walkers, all services must be paid in full to confirm your booking. Once you schedule your desired time slot, you will receive a payment request via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. Please note: • Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. • Unpaid slots may be released to other clients. • Payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: Yes, we do have a Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance may be credited toward a future service. • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-shows or cancellations at the time of service are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide dependable care to all our furry friends!

Q: Do I need to supply towels in case my dog gets wet during a walk?

A: Yes, we kindly ask that you leave a towel by the door if rain is in the forecast or if your pup enjoys splashing in puddles. While we always do our best to avoid overly wet conditions, sometimes a little mess is unavoidable! Having a towel handy helps us dry your dog off and keep your home clean. If no towel is provided, we’ll still do our best using what we have available.

Q: Are You Positive Reinforcement?
